Facebook blocks author & Socialist Factor Editor Frank Huzur for 72 Hours

In Editor's Choice, Uncategorised

Facebook India has blocked the FB account of Frank Huzur, editor of Socialist Factor magazine, for three days. The FB page of English magazine has also been blocked for the next 72 hours.

Frank Huzur can not post or comment over the next three days. Fascism in addition to ravaging several public outlets is showing its sign in social media too.

Under the #BJP government, Facebook is suppressing the dissenting voices. Freedom of speech and expression guaranteed by our Constitution is in grave danger.

FB India office had been working towards gagging of anti-BJP govt opinions for quite some time. Unfortunately, hateful and rumour-mongering posts of the BJP trolls receive no blocking or gagging.

Enlightened netizens should protest the arbitrary action of FB India managers. Democratic voices are being stifled in a large number.
